Download Instagram videos and Reels
Use a public Instagram post or Reel link copied from its Share menu. OneDL extracts available MP4 video choices and a thumbnail. A photo-only post will not produce a video file, and private content requiring an Instagram account is unavailable.
What to check when a Reel has no sound
If an audio track is available with a supported video, OneDL uses it. When no audio track is supplied, the quality option is labelled before preparation. A silent result does not mean that OneDL can recover music or audio absent from the source.
Saving an Instagram MP4
Use a direct link to open the source video, then save it using the browser. If that route fails, Prepare can create a temporary file on our server. The file expires after the preparation window, so save it to your own device.

Why does a download fail?
Private, deleted, age-restricted or region-restricted videos may be unavailable. Platforms can also require sign-in or temporarily limit access. Try a different public link.
Where is my download saved?
Your browser saves the MP4 to its usual Downloads location. On a phone, check Files or your browser’s download menu.
